The breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable. It was nice to have those options available during my stay. the staff was kind and accommodating. However, the hotel's location was not ideal. It was difficult to find things to do nearby and I had to rely on taxis to go anywhere. It ended up getting expensive fast. I would recommend finding a hotel in a more central location next time.

Our stay at One Ciudad De Mexico La Raza was fantastic! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast package. Despite a small inconvenience, the hotel manager promptly addressed the issue and offered a generous discount. we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and amenities.

The hotel was conveniently located near a metrobus station, making it easy to get around the city. Our spacious room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable, with fantastic air conditioning. The staff was attentive and always happy to help. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning, with plenty of options to satisfy our cravings.

We experienced some difficulty with the unreliable elevator key cards.

During our romantic escape, my significant other and I had a pleasant stay. The hotel's spacious rooms and comfortable beds made our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast provided offered a variety of options, from scrambled eggs to sweet pastries, and it was an added bonus to not have to leave the hotel. the metrobus station and availability of taxis nearby made navigating the city hassle-free and convenient.

While there were some positives, the hotel lacked certain amenities. The absence of a fridge, safe, and tea maker in the room was a disappointment.

Clean, comfortable, helpful staff, good location, delicious breakfast, spacious room.
